Bodybuilders competition diet

12 Weeks Out From Contest

Breakfast
4oz Oats (uncooked weight), 4oz Dates or Raisins, 4tbls Skim Milk Powder, ¾ Pint Water, mix and cook. Then two lightly boiled Eggs.

Mid Morning
4 Egg whites, 2 whole Eggs, mix in blender with ½ pint Water, or Scramble in microwave without water.

Lunch
7ozs Tuna, 8ozs Jacket Potato with Salad or Green Vegetables.

Mid Afternoon
Same as Mid Morning + 2 Bananas.

Dinner
8ozs Red Meat, 1 strip Egg Noodles and 4ozs Green Vegetables.

Supper
6ozs Chicken, 6ozs Brown Rice (cooked), add small amount of Pineapple.

6 Weeks Out

Breakfast
8ozs Jacket Potato, 6 to 8 Egg Whites.

Lunch
4ozs Chicken, 12 to 14ozs Jacket Potato and a small Salad.

Mid Afternoon
6 to 8 Egg Whites and 4ozs White Rice.

Dinner
8ozs Chicken or White Fish, 80zs Jacket Potato, Green Vegetables.

Supper
6ozs Chicken or 6 Egg Whites, 8ozs White Rice.

Three Days Before Contest

*Drink only Distilled Water*

Eat 10oz Potato every 2hrs on First Day. No Skins at any time in the last three days. Increase this to every 1 ½ hours on second day then every hour on third day.

Eat 4ozs Turkey at Lunch and 4ozs at Dinner, every day.

DAY OF CONTEST

*No liquid at all*

At Breakfast, 6 scrambled eggs with loads of unsalted butter. Then 4ozs Steak. During the morning eat Rice Cakes using 1 pot of Whole Earth Jam or similar. Approximately 1 hour before judging eat 1 very large bar of Bournville Plain Chocolate.

Please note this is a guideline only and may need to be altered to your own situation, go on looks and feel, cut back or increase to suit your individual requirements. It is important that you do not restrict on distilled water during the last three days leading up to the competition.
